Dr. Mike T. Wimmer is the Founder and CEO of Fierce Industries, where he leads the development of intelligent underwater robots and AI-driven platforms for defense, environmental, and industrial applications. A recognized prodigy in coding and robotics, Mike began teaching himself programming at age 5 and earned his Ph.D. in Innovation at 16 (the youngest doctorate recipient in United States history).
He designed and built the entire ReefSweeper and F1 platform from the ground up. He quickly earned national and international recognition for his innovations, including USSOCOM Science & Technology Military Challenge Coins for direct contributions to the warfighter. Mike is driven by a clear mission: to bring cutting-edge technology to the oceans and beyond, pioneering solutions at the intersection of humans and intelligent machines that solve real-world problems, safeguard ecosystems, and empower mission success.
As Chief Operating Officer of Fierce Industries, Mark is fueled by a passion for innovation and problem-solving. He brings over 30 years of hands-on leadership experience to drive operational excellence with precision and passion. A lifelong builder and R&D chemist, he brings a deep understanding of materials at a molecular level, fueling our team’s ability to craft innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Kyle is a creative leader with 20+ years of experience in design, branding, and product innovation. An award-winning airbrush artist and custom painter, he has built a career transforming imagination into one-of-a-kind prototypes and visionary products that merge art with technology. As a passionate pilot, Kyle finds freedom and inspiration in the skies, with his love of aviation reflecting a lifelong need for speed and pursuit of adventure, while fishing, sports, and family time keep him grounded and balanced.
A Colorado native, Adam is a born hardware hacker. Technology and strategic creativity are his #1 qualities. He aspires to become a “Future Architect”, and works on that each and every day. He has an obsession with Robotics, Semiconductors, Sensors and Data and over 15 years of startup experience. On his off-time he likes to go camping, garden and ride his dirt bike or any motorcycle for that unmatched feeling of freedom and fun.
